You have the right to return the products you purchase, without penalty and without having to provide us with the reason why you wish to return the products within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In this case you only charge the direct cost of returning the products. Please note that returns are accepted only if:

2. The product has not worn further test

3. The special tag of store Katraouras Spiridon and labels of the product have not been removed or destroyed in any way

4. Pieces have not been removed from the bracelet of the watch or has not done any kind of modification.

5. Return all supporting the product such as the box, warranty, manuals and the proof of purchase, as all of the above are part of the product

6. If the product accompanied by gift, will be returned together with the product

7. Send us products via Courier: General postal Please make sure the shipping packaging to be safe so as not to cause any damage during transportation. You know that the store Katraouras Spyridon is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during transportation. In case of refund, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products. Please be advised that the store Katraouras Spiridon assumes no responsibility for any injuries and damage of the products after their use and under no circumstances is it obliged to replace. For the replacement and any form of repair products, only the delegation itself.To better serve our customers, our company undertakes the transfer and receipt for repair products to and from each delegation. In this case the shipping costs shall be borne by our customers.
